Ashley Faison

Ashley Faison is the Founder and Acting Executive Director of Diamond Collective, a California-based organization dedicated to providing long-term support to survivors of human trafficking. Her mission is to reduce re-entry and increase community for survivors. 

She brings a decade of experience in the anti-trafficking movement and her lived experience as a survivor. She serves on the Survivor Advisory Board at 3 Strands Global Foundation, is a member of the Sex Trade Survivor Caucus, and has advocated for legislative changes, including California Senate Bill 1414, to increase penalties for those who solicit minors. Additionally, she trains and works as an expert consultant with law enforcement in California on human trafficking. 

In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, playing dominoes, hiking, and attending comedy shows.
